Caroline Gregg

Caroline currently serves as a Senior Account Executive at Equinix where she supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  Caroline joined Equinix from DHS where she was the Director of the Office of Regional Intelligence for the Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A). In this role Caroline led collection, engagement, and analysis efforts across the field supporting DHS.  Prior to this role, Caroline served a detail at the Office of Director of National Intelligence as the Deputy National Intelligence Manager for Western Hemisphere and Transnational Crime.  

Before her detail Caroline led I&A’s overall strategic efforts as the Director for Intelligence Enterprise Standards and served as the acting Chief of Staff for the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, leading the Under Secretary’s Front Office.

Preceding her time with DHS, Caroline served as the Director for the Office of Information Sharing at the Department of the Treasury.  Earlier within Treasury, she was the senior advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary providing guidance on strategy and policy issues and representing Treasury’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis across the Intelligence Community (IC).  Before joining Treasury Caroline supported the Office of Director of National Intelligence, National Intelligence Manager Threat Finance (NIM TF).  

Caroline began her intelligence career at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a Case Officer focused on Counterterrorism (CT) and Counterintelligence (CI) issues. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University and currently lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and three daughters.
