Leslie Echols is the Vice President of Business Development, Max Cybersecurity. She has over 23 years’ experience driving business growth and strategy winning over a billion dollars in new and recompeted contracts for large systems integrators. Leslie’s experience allows her a unique understanding of teaming and multi-tiered collaboration, both internal to organizations, and with strategic partners. Her support of the DHS mission began at the agency’s inception in 2003. Leslie has also sold Information Technology into federal agencies that include the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Department of Defense (DOD). She has a Master of Science degree in Business Management and Public Relations from the University of Maryland. Leslie is a native Washingtonian, enjoys fitness activities and attending professional sporting events with her family.
