I’ve been involved with the Roundtable for over 10 years and must say it’s among the best when it comes to access to key senior government leaders and programs providing insight to the mission of the Department of Homeland Security.  The interactions with these leaders are in group sizes that allow for meaningful exchange and opportunities to learn about topics and issues important to the government.  Additionally, the Roundtable has programs like the Border Patrol and Coast Guard Industry Academies that allow the contractor community to obtain unparalleled insight to the culture and mission of these components.  The Government also benefits from open, less formal, conversations with senior leaders from the contractor community.  The ability to be immersed into the mission and be shoulder-to-shoulder to the men and women protecting this great country is an amazing experience.  One I will never forget.
