Celia Marino

Celia Marino has over 30 years of professional services experience in the private and public sectors. As the EY Client Executive, Celia ensures that EY provides exceptional client service in all aspects of our relationship with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). With over ten years of experience working with DHS, Celia fosters trusted relationships by understanding the DHS Mission and helping clients address mission goals and priorities. In addition, Celia brings experience with technology transformation programs, agile development; infrastructure managed services; networking, and the cloud.  Prior to joining EY, Celia held leadership positions at AT&T Federal, Accenture Federal Services, and IBM.
