Mr. Lehman is the AECOM Vice President and Business Line Leader covering FEMA and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Lehman has been engaged in the homeland security and emergency management service areas for more than 40 years. He has supported projects for DHS Customs and Border Protection, TSA, U.S. Coast Guard, CISA/NPPD, Office of Science and Technology and FEMA. He is a licensed professional engineer, certified floodplain manager, and was awarded the Goddard-White Award in 2021.
