Ms. LeBlanc has over 25 years of experience supporting large enterprise and technically complex IT infrastructure programs and portfolios. She has expertise in strategic and technical planning and is skilled in leadership, assessing, planning, and executing process-driven, mission-focused solutions. Tara joined Sev1Tech upon its founding in September 2010, providing Program and Project Management across Federal and Commercial contracts across mission critical IT engineering and operations, acquisition PMO, geospatial infrastructure, data center relocation and financial management support areas for federal and commercial customers. In the years since, Sev1Tech’s homeland security portfolio has grown to include delivering solutions and integrations services across DHS Headquarters, CBP, ICE, TSA, FEMA, USCG and USCIS. Today, Tara focuses on solution development for Sev1Tech’s current and prospective DHS customers.

Prior to Sev1Tech, Tara supported Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Information Technology for QinetiQ-NA and Automation Technologies. Support of the OIT infrastructure teams, the Systems Integration Management Branch, and the Data Center Infrastructure Management team within CBP OIT provided exposure to and experience with enterprise and mission applications and technologies while fostering a mission focused approach to delivery at all levels. Several years of serving as general manager for a commercial software company and information technology background equipped Tara to identify and deliver efficiencies, build strong teams, and effectively collaborate - and the technical competency to take on the most difficult challenges.
