Dr. Leonard Marcus and his team at Harvard’s National Preparedness Leadership Institute along with WHSR’s Senior Advisor Peter Neffenger, former Vice Commandant of the USCG, TSA Administrator, Deputy Incident Commander for Deepwater Horizon and a Fellow at NPLI, have offered to share with you information on Meta-Leadership developed by NPLI and Dr. Marcus’ research on the Arcs of Time encompassed in a crisis situation.

They are currently working with the White House COVID-19 Task Force, as well as educating leaders in both Government and Industry on an ongoing basis, and will be working with WHSR on an upcoming project.
